Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on your itinerary and received any required deposit or payment, as communicated to you directly by email or WhatsApp at the time of booking.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are per person in EUR and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Confirmed bookings keep the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
What's Included / Not Included
Each tour page lists what is included (accommodation, meals, transfers, entrance fees, guide support) and what is not included (flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and optional activities). Please review these carefully before booking.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are responsible for arranging valid travel documents (passport, visas) and travel insurance.
- Please share any medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements before your trip so we can plan accordingly.
- Physical difficulty ratings on tour pages are a guide; contact us if you're unsure whether a tour suits your fitness level.
Changes to Itineraries
Weather, road conditions, or local circumstances occasionally require us to adjust an itinerary. We'll always aim to offer an equivalent experience and will keep you informed of any significant changes.
Liability
On Journey acts as an organizer of tours delivered in partnership with local accommodation providers, drivers, and guides. We select our partners carefully, but are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport delays, or third-party service failures.
